The J24 Free Bowl of Soup is gathering excuse for friends and family, primarily racing.  Named on New Year’s Eve from a line in the movie Caddy Shack, and brought up from San Francisco Bay on New Year’s Day 1999, the Soup can be usually be found on the Columbia River between St. Helens and Cascade Locks, most of the time between the I-5 and I-205 bridges in Portland, Oregon.
